Models & licenses
The models and open-source components used by Majiks Music Studio.
ACE-Step 1.5 is the music-generation model. Its MIT license permits commercial use, subject to the model license and the licenses of the other components listed below.
We claim no rights to your lyrics, audio, or output; we do not train on it.

Names and marks
Majik's Studio, Majiks and Majik's Music Studio are marks of Magic Unicorn Unconventional Technology & Stuff Inc.; the software licenses above do not license them. ACE-Step, Qwen, Granite and Demucs are the names of their respective owners and are used here only to identify those models.
Privacy and network behavior
What the app does by default.
There are no analytics or telemetry in the app. Its one default network call is an update check of https://majiks.studio/api/version.json at most every 12 hours; you can switch it off in Settings.
Every cloud feature — ACE Music Cloud, the remote generation server, outside chat providers, publishing/sign-in, and the sound-pack browser — is off until you turn it on.
